HOW TO PREPARE AND TEST FOR WEBCAST:
Here are several things you need to do for a successful webcast from a technical perspective:
- Use a high speed Internet cable connection. (no wireless connections)
- Download the latest Adobe Flash Plug-in: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer
- Use a projector, or large screen TV in group settings.
- Use a modern good quality high performance computer
- Use a good sound system
- Test well before event
- Have a capable technical person be in charge of setting this all up
- Connect to the web cast 10 minutes before the event.
